Renters Insurance

Do I really need Insurance if I rent?

Here are some common myths about renting a house or apartment:

"My Landlord has insurance, so I already have coverage"  While your Landlord carries insurance on his or her building, they have no ownership interest in your personal belongings.  Your Landlord's insurance does NOT insure your property.

"I'm very careful and do not smoke, so nothing should happen to my belongings."  Not only do you have a risk of theft of your property, if you live in apartment, bad things happen to good people.  For example, if a neighbor has a fire in their apartment, it is likely that you will have smoke or water damage in your apartment.  Your policy with us will not only pay for repair or replacement* of your belongings, but coverage is available that pays for you to live elsewhere why your residence is repaired.

With our company, you can receive a customized policy including the following:

  1. Comprehensive coverage including optional Replacement Cost coverage*.
